REFUND & RETURN
REFUND POLICY
We guarantee a full refund of product fees if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping charges will not be refunded, except for manufacturing defects or damages. Should there be any defects or damaged items in your order, please contact us at contact@anurak-studio.com upon receipt. Goods have been checked upon arrival at ANURAK STUDIO.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. In the case of pre-payment, direct debit, and bank transfers, we will transfer the money back to your bank account. Refunds will be paid in the same currency as the purchase.
We will refund your order on receipt of a return. This may take an estimate of 3 - 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
RETURN POLICY
If there is any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will accept merchandise for a refund under the following conditions:

Unused items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Any damage, used, or altered returns or anything anurak studio considers unreasonable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Items must be received by anurak studio no later than 14 days after the date of delivery. Returns received outside this time frame are non-refundable.

Custom-made or exclusive products, limited editions and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Upon receiving notice of your cancellation, we will contact you and provide details of where you must return the goods and other relevant instructions. You must then return the goods to us without delay and at the latest within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Return of purchased goods is at your own risk and at your own cost. We may offer to collect purchased woodworks from you and charge you for the costs. We will ascertain that you agree to us collecting the goods, that you agree to pay the costs of collection if we are charging you for collection, and if so, to make the arrangement for collection. If you agree to pay the costs of collection, we may deduct this from any sum we owe you.

If the value of the goods is reduced as a result of your handling of them beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics or functioning of the goods, we will be entitled to claim this reduction in value from you and to deduct it from any money which you have paid us.
